Thanks to a selective and well-focused strategy, over the past twenty years Horus Finance has become a diversified group dedicated to companies’ services and public institutions.

Horus Finance invests in companies excelling in niche sectors largely unaffected by fluctuations due to economic and financial cycles (logistics of works of art, financial services, documentary engineering...), and assists them in their development.

To that effect, Horus Finance is a majority shareholder in approximately fifteen companies unlisted on the stock market, and is actively involved in their financial and operational development. More than just injecting cash, the company also helps to define and to implement the strategy of its subsidiaries, by providing direct operational support to the main functional areas (Commercial Operations, Human Resources, Finance, etc...)

As an active partner, the goal of Horus Finance is to improve the performance of its subsidiaries by realigning activities, improving operations, increasing investment in R&D and Sales & Marketing (as the case may be), as well as researching opportunities for development and acquisitions.
